Robin The Graffiti Bandit

The various incarnations of Batman's trusty sidekick have been many things: an acrobat, a street orphan/tire thief, a trained assassin, and now he's a no-good, dirty vandal thanks to this awesome graffiti spotted on Flickr.

For those of you who don't recognize the style, this is the handywork of street art legend Banksy done up on Melrose in L.A. back in 2006. Since then, Banksy's popularity has risen to such a degree that people have actually removed entire walls of Banksy art from buildings to sell off to high-paying art collectors. Not a bad deal since the sellers usually get enough money in return to buy a few new walls and a couple buildings to go with them.

Rob Liefeld’s Zombie Jesus is Green Lighted.

Rob Liefeld is best known to many for his work and creation of Marvel's character Deadpool however this writer and many others best know him for his inability to draw parts of the human anatomy. ie. feet, a woman's body, hands or anything really related to the human form. This in itself should give plenty of up and coming artist hope for a carreer with Marvel Comics.

What’s next on the docket for the comic book world’s greatest successful troll?  A comic about the zombie uprising that corresponded with the death of Jesus, loosely based on the Book of Matthew.
Press Release News:
MATTHEW 27:51-52 “The earth shook, the rocks broke and tombs opened and many men and women who had died came back to life again. They left the cemetery and went into the city and appeared to many people there.”
THE UNTOLD TALE OF THE 48 HOURS FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF CHRIST!
Following the crucifixion of Christ, supernatural warfare tore apart the Roman Provinces. Zombie Hordes attacked Jerusalem in search of the corpse of Christ. The Disciples were under siege as the Undead tore apart the countryside and an unlikely hero, LAZARUS THE IMMORTAL emerged to combat the Legion of Dead!

How Foursquare works & benefits to you

The first time you use Foursquare to check in to a location you'll earn a Newbie Badge. This is just one of several badges in Foursquare. For the most it's not hard to earn some of the badges. For example, Check in to 10 different venues and you'll earn the Adventurer Badge. But others may be more of a challenge. The founders plan to add more badges to the service over time and solicit user suggestions.
One of the ways you earn badges is by visiting locations that have been tagged with specific traits. Let's say you visit 20 different pizza shops around your town -- you may earn yourself the Pizzaiolo Badge. The founders rely upon the input of the community to tag locations accurately. It's possible that a location's features could change over time -- if it does you may earn a different badge after a few visits.
Users can also submit tips and notes about locations. Let's say you've decided to visit your comic book shop, 1up Collectibles. You happen to know they have the best comic book subscription service in Berks County. You can check in using Foursquare and add in a tip to let others know about their Subscription/pull service.
Since users submit the tips, you could end up seeing all sorts of information about different locations. It doesn't all have to be positive either. If you think the music a certain club plays is six months behind the times, you can pop into Foursquare and share your thoughts. The service has the potential to be both a social networking application and a review application.
The founders of Foursquare hope to form partnerships with various restaurants, clubs and other sites to offer special benefits to Foursquare members. For example, a pizza chain might offer up free breadsticks to its Foursquare mayor. One potential obstacle for this approach is that it would be easy to game the system. While the Foursquare app on the Android platforms and iPhone can use the GPS receiver in phones to search for nearby locations, you don't have to rely on GPS to check in. You could be sitting at home while remotely checking in to locations around the city. If restaurants and other companies hand out real rewards to Foursquare members, you can expect some people will cheat.

Video Game Characters Made From Magic Cards

Jose Armallis aka Dr. Von Krakenstein took a buttload of Magic The Gathering cards and arranged them to make Link from the ZELDA games, Mario, and even the Weighted Companion Cube from PORTAL. Talk about having some extra time on your hands.

[Editor's note: For this article I was originally going to do an XZIBIT "Yo dawg" joke about putting games in yo' games, but I didn't because I'm better than that. You're welcome.]

[Sure, why not?] Crocodile In A Cardboard Iron-Man Suit

The best part about this video (aside from the fact that it’s a freaking crocodile dressed up like Iron-Man!!!) is the fact that the croc’s name is Hadies. Like the Greek version of hell, only spelled completely wrong as !@#$. I think me and this lizard are soulmates.
